New Accelerated Program

Sapphire

You’ll attend classes and workshops to learn about the Robert’s products, company, styling techniques, culture, and work ethics.

Ruby

You’ll become a full-time assistant to one of our top stylist and learn to interact with clients while helping with shampooing, color mixing, and styling. You’ll be taking an advance class in cutting.

Gold

You’ll attend hands-on advance classes. That’s when you’ll put the knowledge you’ve gained to use by doing hair on select clients.

Platinum

This is the dress rehearsal for your career. You’ll become a member of Robert’s Academy hair design staff, which gives you the experience of working on Robert’s clients. It’s also your chance to become proficient in Robert’s client journey – our proven method for enhancing your efficiency and strengthening your ability to advise clients on our services and products.

Robert’s Educational Team

Represents some of the most successful hair designers in the world. These top-notch professionals will be your teachers, mentors and role models. They will pass on the wisdom of their experience and the secrets of their success as they guide you toward being an artistic, confident and skilled hair designer in your own right.

Long before I opened my first Salon, Robert’s Salon and Day Spa, I was in the same place you are now: Learning to be the very best hair stylist so I could excel in my field. I sought out every opportunity to learn new techniques and improve my skills because I believed that by being the best, professional recognition and financial success would follow and it did.

Robert’s Salon and Day Spa is a reflection of this philosophy, which is why it is considered the finest salon in Indiana. However, I know that in order to keep building on our reputation for excellence, we have to keep adding excellect people to our staff. One of them could be you.
