As a Nail Technician, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and talent while pampering our customers with manicures, pedicures, and various nail enhancements. Pay: Commission-based pay plus gratuities, with an hourly guarantee. Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and exfoliation.
• Apply and maintain gel and nail polish.
• Provide nail art, designs, and embellishments according to clients' preferences.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, sterilizing tools and equipment regularly.
• Stay updated with the latest nail care trends, techniques, and products.
• Recommend and promote appropriate nail care products to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
• Upsell salon services and packages to maximize revenue.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain strict hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Nail Technician or similar role.
• Valid Nail Technician license/certification.
• In-depth knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and trends.
• Proficiency in various nail enhancement techniques such as gel and polish application.
• Strong artistic skills and ability to create unique nail designs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
