  • Provide comprehensive information about our salon services, products, and promotions to clients, and assist them in making informed decisions.
  • Coordinate and prioritize appointment bookings, ensuring optimal utilization of salon resources and accommodating client preferences.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client information, services provided, and retail sales transactions using our salon management software.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate reception staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with salon stylists and technicians to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the front desk and service areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels of salon retail products, replenishing supplies as needed and assisting with retail sales when required.
  • Support salon management in implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures and customer service protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a salon, spa, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using salon management software or similar computer systems for appointment scheduling and record keeping.
  • A passion for the beauty industry and a genuine interest in keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving common goals.
